Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping box with all protective padding, manuals, and accessories included to ensure a safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
